At CloudConnected, we think transparency is very important. That’s why we’re just putting our rates online. By cleverly setting up our Helpdesk & Backoffice we can offer you the competitive rates. You can also use our Unlimited Helpdesk for one fixed rate per month. This can be done from one workplace!
Flexible Rates
Do you want occasional location support or support on a specific command? Then you choose our economical flexible rates. You pay easily by an hour. In the case of Remote Assistance, 15 minutes will be settled.
- Workplace management€ 66.50 per hourThe special Workplace Management Rate is used to manage Workplaces in ZZP and or SMEs (without Server). You will also benefit from this rate if you only use the Cloud.
- Netwerkbeheer€ 66.50 per hourOur experts support you with your (WiFi) network and solve malfunctions but prefer to avoid them. By using periodic management, you can prevent malfunctions.
- Server Manager€ 81.50 per hourWhen your organization uses Servers, we support you with Server specialists who keep your servers running both physically and in the Cloud. In addition to maintaining your server, we also provide new servers and can configure them entirely to your liking and/or perform migration pathways.
Flat Rate
We understand like no other that you as an entrepreneur want predictable costs. That’s why we also offer Server & Network Management for one fixed rate per month. After all, ICT just needs to work. We are happy to look at, without obligation, with you to your current IT environment and make a proposal for a fixed amount per month.
We also offer the SME Workplace based on Microsoft 365. Including both the license and support and pay one amount per employee.
PROJECTS AND CUSTOMIZATION
For your projects and other customization, aimed at your organization, we can also work with fixed prices.
Helpdesk
From the centre of Amsterdam, the CloudConnected Helpdesk operates and helps you with all your ICT issues. With our extended opening hours, we are standard of service between 08:00 – 18:00. You can reach us via Chat, Whatsapp, Email & phone, after which we can immediately watch to solve the problem.
Especially for organisations that also need support outside these times, there is the 24/7 Helpdesk. It is also available during office hours so that in case of disturbances you are helped immediately.
- Unlimited Helpdesk€ 15,- p/mndCloudConnected’s Secure Workplace automatically maintains your computer and allows you to benefit from Unlimited Support. You will not receive additional accounts and are helped directly by the CloudConnected Helpdesk. Support is for end users and covers all devices in use by the user. So in addition to computer/laptop, the mobile devices as mobile phones & tablet. Whatever system you use, Windows/Mac/iOs/Android, the Helpdesk supports it!
